Notes:
-
The above financial results as reviewed by the Audit
Committee were taken on record by the Board of Directors
in their meeting held on 13th January, 2007 subject
to limited review by the statutory auditors.

The Company is operating only in one segment viz.
Fasteners.
-
EPS of previous year has been recast as per Accounting
Standard 20 of ICAI, New Delhi.
-
Previous year figures have been re-grouped wherever
considered necessary to make them comparable with
that of current year.
-
During the quarter four investor complaints were received,
which were promptly attended to by the Company. No
complaint was pending either at the beginning or at
the end of the quarter.
