Notes:

- The Company is operating only in one segment viz. Fasteners.
- Consolidated results are inclusive of figure in respect of Indian Fasteners
Ltd., LPS Bossard Pvt. Ltd., LPS Bossard Information System Pvt. Ltd.
- Previous year's figures have been regrouped wherever considered necessary to
make them comparable with that of current year.
- During the quarter no investor complaint was received. No complaint was pending
either at the beginning or at the end of quarter.
