- The Company is operating only in one segment viz. Fasteners.
- Consolidated results are inclusive of figures in respect of subsidiary company, associate concerns and joint
venture companies.
- Previous year's figures have been regrouped wherever considered necessary to make them comparable with those
of current year.
- During the quarter no investor complaint was received. No complaint was pending either at the beginning or
at the end of quarter.
